It was the first day of high school, and I couldn't be more nervous. All through elementary and middle school, I was barely noticed by others because of how soft-spoken I am. Sure, I was at the top of my class, but that was the only thing I received attention from. To make matters worse, the school jock Alfred was always teasing me because I would always be found studying, or reading. So I guess it's pretty reasonable that I was nervous to even begin my high school career. It was about an hour before school would start* when I was standing outside the gates. No one was in sight, at least almost no one. There was a single boy that reminded me of Alfred, but at the same time I could tell there was something different. He seemed more withdrawn and quiet, almost shy. Before I knew what was happening, I was standing in front of him. He looked up with surprise coating his features before he whispered, "H-hello." I smiled.

"H-hello," I said barely above a whisper. The girl who had approached me smiled before extending her hand.
"H-hi, I'm (F-f/n) (L/n). M-may I s-sit with you?" She appeared to be stumbling over her words, as if she almost never spoke, which I found hard to believe considering how beautiful she is, and I blushed at the thought, thinking 'I only just met the girl, I shouldn't be thinking like this.'
I turned my attention back to (F/n) before I managed to stutter out, "O-of c-course. M-my name's Matthew W-Williams b-by the w-way." I cursed my stutter before I turned back to her and saw her smile widen, her (e/c) eyes sparkling in the sunrise, before she sat down.
We sat in silence for what felt like an eternity, when it was only about a few minutes, before I finally worked up the courage to ask, "S-so why d-did y-you want to s-sit with m-me?"
She turned to me and said, "Y-you l-looked lonely, a-and I thought y-you might want s-some company." Her stutter became less prevalent as she continued, "I-I couldn't h-help but notice how you were without a f-friend, and I thought that it m-might be nice if you had someone to talk to." Her eyes fell as she finished, muttering so quietly I had to lean in to hear what she said, "I-it's not fun being i-invisible, and I t-think you shouldn't have to be alone."
And then she started crying, clenching her hands in frustration, before I grabbed them to both her an my surprise, saying, "M-maybe w-we could b-be invisible t-together."
She looked up, tears staining her (s/t) cheeks before a small smile made it's way to her face and she said, "I-I would l-love that M-Mattie."
I could tell this would be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

Alone Together: England x Reader
February 14, 2013
This day hadn’t sucked.
Frankly, you were stunned.
Sure, you had seen a little PDA, but surprisingly not much. And all of your friends had gone out of their way to make you little gifts. They even knew you didn’t celebrate, and wouldn’t expect anything in return.
It was sweet.
But still, the day made you think. It made you think about a lot of different little things that made you both want to laugh, and cry.
The emotions you were feeling right now were probably making you extremely unstable. Yet you felt extremely calm.
Even so, you found yourself out late at night, going to try something new. It wa

America x Reader: More than friends. [Part 1]
More than friends: Part 1
Like always, the sound of students chattering, the sounds of closing and opening lockers, the sounds of footsteps, you rolled your eyes as you walked down the school hallway by yourself. Well, to sort it out, you were actually accompanied by a certain American known as, Alfred F. Jones. You two were very close until the day he had gotten a girlfriend more friends and, well, at least that is how you know it. You missed on how Alfred will always ruffle your hair, walking with you in these hallways making you laugh, his charming smile that he shows to you, but what's the point in seeing them now when he had not-so-rude

Okay, so I've had this idea for a while as well, and, I think at this point the story will be two to three parts long, mainly because I think that the ending is a bit abrupt . I do not own Hetalia or Canada, only the plot. You belong to you (for now).
*Unfortunately, this is based off of the fact that I would always get to school about an hour early, and would have nothing to do until school started at 7:15. And I have the early classes because I'm in the magnet program -_- (classes normally start at 8 unless you're in the magnet program like I am.)
